✅ The return request is made within 3 days of receiving your order.
✅ The item is not a sale, discounted, or customized product, as such items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
❌ Worn, washed, or damaged items.
❌ Items with missing tags, packaging, or accessories.
❌ Sale, clearance, or promotional items.
❌ Customized or made-to-order products.
❌ Innerwear, accessories, and gift cards for hygiene reasons.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Contact Us via WhatsApp, email, or phone within the return period.
2️⃣ Provide your order number, reason for return, and images of the item (if required).
3️⃣ Once approved, ship the item back to us using a trusted courier service. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
4️⃣ After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your exchange or refund within 7 business days.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds are issued only in the form of store credit or exchange.
